Level 3 Hospitality           13FTN

The Level 3 Food and Nutrition course will be very beneficial for students wishing to enter the hospitality sector but equally suited to students who simply wish to extend their own food knowledge and skills. Students will broaden their knowledge of culinary terms and nutritional needs in commercial catering. This course is highly practical and students can expect to build their skills with a broad range of practical tasks and challenges.
