Do you want to improve your fitness? In this module we will explore your physical performance based on data collected during a variety of activities. We will make sense of the data collected and use it to inform a programme of fitness you will follow over a period of weeks. You will be able to monitor improvements and generate new ideas about approaches you can take to enhance your performance. Regular evaluations based on your recorded data will take place to ensure you are aware of what you have achieved. You will reflect and discuss your next steps that can be taken to ensure progress. If you are interested in physical activity and how to track your progress this is the module for you. If you play a winter sport this will help you be ready for the start of the winter sports season. It is hoped by the end of this module you will be able to use statistics to set goals, monitor progress and evaluate performance.
