Commerce Level 1
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Miss S. Charteris.
Level 1 Commerce - L1COM
Get into groups, come up with a idea, sell it, make some money (and earn some credits).
At level 1, Commerce students have the opportunity to gain an understanding of an organisation’s financial decision-making and price determination. Term One will focus on an introduction to Commerce and the structure of different organisations. During Terms Two and Three, students will set up and prepare to run a Market Day, working in groups to produce a product or service to sell. During Term Three, students will prepare for an external exam related to how an event affects interdependent financial relationships.
