Level 2 Hospitality L2FTN
Throughout the Level 2 Food and Nutrition course, students will deepen their conceptual understandings by applying nutritional needs in a range of contexts as well as an emphasis on the relationship between well-being and food choices. Students will take an in depth look at sustainable food practices. Practical skills and hospitality are an integral part of this course providing skills for everyday life, safe food practices, budgeting, healthy food choices and meal planning.
